Diverse State of the Art
Contact Centres

Acquire Asia Pacific is a privately owned organisation that offers onshore (Australia) and offshore (Philippines) outsourced contact centre and BPO solutions.

Acquire operates two state of the art contact centres in Australia and three contact centres in the Philippines, servicing customers across sales, customer service, retention and BPO activities.

We have the only known carrier grade, dedicated International Private Line (IPL) between Australia and the Philippines, solely used in our contact centres to ensure we provide call quality that equals that of domestic quality.

With two onshore contact centres in Melbourne, Australia,  and three diverse contact centres in Manila, Philippines – all powered by multi-redundant Cisco technology – you can be assured that Acquire offers you proven security when outsourcing your contact centre requirements.

These sites have 24×7 surveillance and guards stationed at all entrances to the building and have a well confined security access control system. This, coupled with internal policies and procedures, ensures that all information is handled with the strictest confidentiality.
